Oh yes, how I love to report on some good 'ole hometown controversy and drama. Seems that a once little-known website, www.cityofbrownwood.com , has suddenly become much more public now that the local hateradio station 96.9 KXYL has been ridiculed by the site's members and discussed the site on the radio after the radio hosts Dave Fair and James Williamson were being talked about (and not in a positive light).

You can read the Forum postings but cannot post unless you register. If you're a Brownwood native or ex-resident, I highly recommend reading thru some of the topics as they are quite interesting and have gained the interest of a wide range of people, some even using their real names. I've been posting under then auspices of a certain dried fruit.

Freedom of expression in a blogging world is a great thing.
