Went to the gym tonite for the first hardcore workout. Hmm, dunno where the tightness in my arms is coming from, I didn't know I really had muscles there haha. Was back at HPU when I took the required gym class that I lifted weights for any length of time. Done it a few times sporadically since then, but not enough to make me ripped. Benefit of working out at 10pm? Not crowded but you still get checked out all the same.
